Coincidence / Zufällig

While browsing through my files I found these two pictures just next to each other and both of them are having an onion as a main motif. So, I was looking for some more pictures for towers and forms which are looking like an onion and found quite few. Looking at these images, I have to think of sad-romantic Russian fairy tales and of course Friedensreich Hundertwasser and his wonderful buildings and art.

Während ich in meinen Deko-Ordnern stöberte, fand ich diese beiden Bilder nebeneinander und beide haben eine Zwiebel als Hauptform. Also machte ich mich auf die Suche und fand noch ein paar mehr Zwiebeltürme und Formen. Wenn ich mir diese Bilder ansehe, erinnern sie mich an traurig-romantische russische Märchen und natürlich an Friedensreich Hundertwasser und seine wunderbaren Gebäude und Kunstwerke.

Serendipity

By accident I found this crafted picture with such colorful mushrooms, flowers and little 'pom-pom' balls in the second hand-store and I was thinking for a while, whether I like the picture or not... Finally, I decided that I do like it, because it looks a bit nostalgic and friendly in its for mushrooms uncommon spring colors, but nevertheless I was letting it there for a lucky new owner and was just making this photo...
But, I was curious what other kind of crafts projects were possible with mushroom motifs, although I know, that the theme is a bit out of the season... and while searching in Google images for available mushroom crafts, I found a lot of interesting ideas and colorful mushroom houses, which are just making me happy ....
I even found easter eggs with mushrooms.. so I would say.. Actually, they are never out of season ... ;-)

Elephants

This is a small collection of elephants in our home and two from the neighborhood... even without a real wish of collecting them...
they seem to find a new place in the house quite easily... Have a nice Sunday ahead.
